Local interview settings
In the VS Code interview panel, use Language to select one of the script’s named language sections. The base language uses the text outside those sections. A language change updates the current interview. Restart starts the current script again with the selected settings.
Import session JSON and Export session JSON read and write portable interview history. The file does not include source code; keep the matching script available when reopening a session. Import checks that the history matches the current script.
Advanced Odin settings
These controls appear for Odin scripts and are collapsed by default.
- Profile sets the local runtime channel.
fullpermits all Odin commands;cawi,cati,capiandcasiset the matching channel variables and report commands unsupported by that channel. - STRAT supplies the local result returned by
*STRAT:opencontinues at the next statement, whilefullfollows the command’s target question. It does not read a hosted tally or reserve quota. - Cell labels the local STRAT decision in the recorded session. Set it when the tested script uses the cell metadata; it does not identify a hosted quota cell.
- Seed initializes repeatable random test answers. Keep it unchanged to reproduce a run.
- Actor supplies the local interviewer identity recorded with case events. Reason selects why the current page is suspended; Appointment supplies its time when the reason is
appointment. - Suspend records a suspension event. Resume records continuation of a suspended test case. Handoff & resume requires a suspended case, switches to the selected profile and resumes it.
- Route testing tries one generated default-answer path to the requested question. If it reaches that question, the generated steps are applied to the current interview; if it does not, the current journey is unchanged.
