People, access and billing
A project brings human collaborators together. Your project role determines what you can see and do there; the account’s plan and editor seats also govern paid editing features.
Editors and reviewers
Editors work on hosted scripts and fixes. Testers and viewers can participate without being assigned paid editor seats, subject to their project permissions. Being signed in does not grant access to every project or make you an editor.
If an action is unavailable, check that you are in the intended project and ask its owner to verify your role and account access.
Plans and agent credit
The free desktop Workbench is for local authoring and testing. Hosted editing uses a paid plan. QUBE Agent usage is funded separately from prepaid credit; a subscription is not an unlimited AI allowance.
During the invitation-only beta, self-service purchases are not yet enabled. Use the currency and available credit shown on your account; do not infer an entitlement from the public price list.
Agent work is charged at the provider’s measured cost plus 50%, within the spending limit you approved. Unused reserved credit is released when the run settles. A paid subscription does not include unlimited agent work.
Account-scoped EUR and USD billing is being prepared. When released, the selected account currency will apply consistently to subscriptions, prepaid agent credit and spending limits. Existing balances will not be silently converted.
Consult the current pricing and the account’s billing page for exact amounts and allowances.
Payment availability is controlled by the application. If checkout is marked unavailable, it has not been enabled for purchase; do not assume a displayed plan is already an active subscription.
Your profile
Open the profile menu to view your account and choose Light, Dark or Auto. Auto follows your device’s colour preference. The QUBE applications share the profile and theme foundation.
